At Mint Innovation, we’re pioneering a sustainable way to reduce e-waste build-up and help restore our planet by returning circular green metals to economies everywhere. We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager responsible for activating our brand and driving growth in North America. In this role, you will utilize market insights provided by the commercial strategy team to execute Mint’s brand strategy, creating awareness and education of our offering, ensuring a consistent flow of new leads, building strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, and representing Mint at major industry events. Your efforts will directly contribute to growing market share and establishing the brand’s presence within the North American market.

As we gear up for global impact, we need top talent to join our team in achieving our ambitious goals. You’ll be a key part of our growth team, responsible for activating our brand and driving growth in North America.
The Role
Reporting to the COO, this is a remote role ideally based on the eastern corridor of the US, with travel required for industry events. This role will represent the company attending industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand the company’s influence, build partnerships and uncover opportunities.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Develop and execute the North American marketing plan, localize the brand strategy, and implement market-specific campaigns.
- Implement marketing campaigns to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads, working closely with the commercial team to convert leads into new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners.
- Act as the primary external connector, attending industry events to expand the company’s influence.
- Work with the marketing team to distill market research studies and execute a communications plan.
- Work with company personnel in executing a communications plan in North America and iterate on success and learnings.
- Monitor brand awareness and competition to inform strategic direction.
- Help develop and execute an SEO strategy.
- Execute on other work priorities agreed with the executive, ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.
Skills and Experience

- A passion for green technologies and a strong understanding of climate issues, government policy, and environmental sustainability.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant business tools, with strong computer skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities for own workload.
- A practical “can-do” attitude.
