We are seeking a strong Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team in our executive office located in the heart of Dubai, overlooking the world’s tallest building Burj Khalifa and direct connectivity to The Dubai Mall.
• Build and lead a team of real estate agents/property consultants.
• Recruit, hire, and train new and existing agents to expand the team and enhance sales capabilities.
• Provide leadership, training, and coaching to the team to ensure they meet sales targets.
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
• Identify new opportunities for sales growth through regular client meetings and market research.
• Establish and maintain relationships with brokers, agents, and clients to drive business.
• Collaborate with agents to create effective sales strategies and scripts.
• Stay updated on market conditions, property values, and industry trends to guide the team effectively.
• Manage team performance, monitor progress, and support in closing deals.
• Present and prepare compelling presentations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand requirements and offer tailored solutions!
• Negotiate terms and prices with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
• Showcase properties to clients, highlighting unique selling points and addressing any questions or concerns ethically in-line with our core values.
• Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing, ensuring a seamless, positive, and holistic experience.
• Stay ahead of the curve and up to date on market trends, property developments, and industry regulations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Proven 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Real Estate Agent in the Industry.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire the sales team.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience with closing real estate deals.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate sales processes, market trends, and Compliance in Dubai.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Broker’s License (Preferred).
• Proficient in English.
• Other languages such as Russian, German, French, Chinese, Hindi, Persian & will be advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with CRM software, CMS and other sales progression tools
• Abide by the company’s code of conduct, appear presentable, well-groomed, and professional at all times.

Salary:
AED
5,000 to 7,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Salary Plus Commission up to 70%
