Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing responsive and friendly service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage client inquiries, orders, and follow-ups from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate closely with our design, production, and tech teams to meet client specifications and exceed expectations.
- Utilize your industry knowledge to guide clients through our product offerings and customization options.
- Assist in coordinating custom projects, ensuring timeliness and quality standards are met.
- Handle any client issues or concerns promptly and effectively, maintaining our standard of excellence.

Requirements:

- Exceptional organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage complex projects and expectations.
Compensation
- $40,000 – $55,000
