In This Role You Will
- Manage the group for monthly financial reconciliations and reporting
- Review and audit client invoices
- Oversee the analysis based on daily, monthly or year data to provide to Operations and the executive team
- Oversee the creation of reporting for Site/Client performance: Payroll, Bill to Pay, Gross Margin
- Manage and maintain the operational efficiency, upkeep, safety and security of all physical assets related to finance
- Oversee workload of department for the purpose of maximizing the efficiency of the work force and meeting operational requirements
- Attend meetings to convey and/or receive information required to perform functions
- Communicate actively with other departments to review cross-departmental impacts and resolve issues at hand
- Assist in developing and monitoring automated systems for analyzing, maintaining, and providing financial information
We are looking for someone who has:
- A Bachelor’s /College Degree in Finance, Business, Administration, Economics or similar
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Finance, Accounting and Business Administration
- The ability to handle sensitive and confidential materials
- Proficient and effective English verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to exercise discretion and interact effectively with individuals at all levels and from diverse backgrounds
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel
- Strong leadership skills
