They specialize in helping organizations establish, document, implement, and maintain robust Data Security and Privacy frameworks. Their goal is to protect sensitive information from internal and external threats while systematically managing confidentiality, integrity, availability, security, and privacy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and Services needs.
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals etc.,
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales deals to achieve individual targets.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential clients
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends and competitors
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress using CRM software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical departments, to develop effective sales strategies and ensure client satisfaction
- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and profitability for both the company and clients
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to effectively communicate the value and benefits of their solutions to clients the prospective client’s business and Services needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the technology industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence clients.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of the market and understanding of the technology industry trends in the region.
- Willingness to travel locally and occasionally nationally, as required.
