Product Designer (Remote)

POSITION SUMMARY:

Our client is looking for a Product Designer for a remote vbased oosition in united States.

This role is for someone with strong design abilities, typographic skills, digital expertise, and acute attention to detail.

• Design user interfaces for web, software, and/or hardware products.
• Write functionality design specifications.
• Design and implement prototypes, mock ups, task analysis, usability studies, personas, user flows, wireframes, style guides, navigational structures, and affinity diagrams.
• Generate design ideas; presents and sells designs to product group.
• Understand customer needs and motivations and integrates them into product design to contribute to user features and functionality.
• Act as consultant to other team leads and may manage external production and design resources.
• Attending team meetings from creating initial concepts, through to project completion, and reviewing of work.
  

• Must have minimum 5 years of experience with Figma.
• Requires Proficiency in using Figma, including creating components and design system documentation
• Must have minimum 1 year experience Designing for Search Engines.
• Must have minimum 2 years experience with Desktop and Mobile Design Experience, working on both desktop and mobile platforms.
• Should have strong knowledge of user interface and functionality design required.
• Should have strong creative skills and ability to generate design ideas required.
• Should have experience creating and implementing usability studies, personas, user flows, wireframes, style guides, navigational structures, and affinity diagrams is required.
• Should have strong knowledge of web technologies (i.e. HTML and CSS).
• Must have proficiency in current and emerging web technologies and standard design software packages (i.e. Figma)
• Should have strong knowledge or experience with database served websites. Experience working with rich client or web applications is a plus.
• Must have the ability to understand and integrate customer needs and motivations into specific areas of product design to contribute to user features and functionality. Must be familiar with industry standards and trends.

• A competitive pay range of $50/hr- $52/hr (depending on experience).
• 15 days per year of Paid Time Off (PTO).
