What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead project planning sessions to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
• Oversee the development and implementation of project plans using MS Project
• Provide guidance on Agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency
• Manage project resources and ensure optimal utilization
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomes

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 10 to 14 years of experience in project management
• Strong expertise in Agile Methodologies and Project Planning
• Proficiency in using MS Project for project management
• In-depth knowledge of Pharma clinical processes and Pharmacy Benefit Management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience working with McKesson Clinical standards
• Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities
• Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives in project management practices
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to excel through autonomy
