In-House Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic HR Department. As an in-house Recruiter, you will be the driving force behind hiring the best persons for our growing team of over 300 contractors.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source and screen candidates to identify the best fit for our open positions.
• Utilize a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Schedule and conduct online interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Effectively communicate with candidates, negotiate offers and assist with completing paperwork for new hires.
• Manage our CRM system, maintain accurate and up to date records, generate reports for Recruitment Team Lead to ensure efficient tracking and monitoring of the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with the Recruitment Team Lead to understand the company’s hiring needs and ensure the successful placement of candidates.
• Continuously seek ways to improve the recruitment process and enhance the candidate’s experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in mass recruitment, with a track record of successfully sourcing and placing qualified candidates.
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Proficient in use of recruitment tools such as Indeed, Social Media Groups, Social Networks and job sites.
• Ability to conduct 20+ cold calls per day to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Availability to work from 9 AM to 5 PM EST (New York time zone), Monday to Friday.

Compensation:

• Competitive base salary at $400USD per month during the probationary period plus bonuses based on KPI after probationary period.
•  Potential to earn $700+ after meeting KPIs following the probationary period.
