Your mission

• Conduct user research to better understand the needs of our users

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys to optimize the user experience

• Collaborate closely with the tech team, product designers and product managers to integrate designs into our platform

• Design attractive and intuitive user interfaces (UI) that enhance both the look and functionality of our software

• Conduct usability tests and adjust designs based on user feedback

• Document and communicate design decisions to the development team

Your profile

• At least 2 years of experience in UX design, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment; experience in HR tech is a plus

• Experience with tools like Figma and Jira

• Strong understanding of user research, prototyping, and usability testing

• Solid knowledge of UI design to create functional and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces

• A team player with the ability to work independently and closely with other teams

• Creative, analytical thinking with a talent for solving complex problems in a user-friendly way

• Fluent in English, German is a plus
