Summary
Lead the strategy, development, and execution of high impact sales content initiatives for Yellow Pages. The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for, but not limited to, creating sales collaterals and inbound and outbound promotional materials, designing sales training content, and online platform content tailored to meet both marketing and sales objectives.
This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams and must have a deep understanding of digital advertising and marketing, particularly with small and medium-sized businesses, and be skilled at conveying value propositions to drive measurable outcomes.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for collaboration, creativity, and sales enablement.
Responsibility
1. Accountable for formulating and documenting product positioning constructs (features, benefits, competitive differentiation and advantage) to create integrated value propositions for YP’s extensive suite of products.
2. Responsible for creating sales scripts that include objection handling and sales collateral that incorporates proof-of-value statistics based on research. Customize scripts by product and by sales channel as required.
3. Develop value-added content such as case studies, customer testimonials, and customer-responsive materials to strengthen product messaging.
4. Directs high-quality implementation that includes well thought through tactics, timing work plans and schedules for content delivery to cross functional marketing teams, sales training and sales channels.
5.Identify ongoing Sales needs and coordinate with appropriate Marketing teams to provide relevant information and tools. Launch products, offers and marketing initiatives effectively to the Sales organization.
6.Work effectively across functional departments (Sales, Marketing, Training and Operations) to support the development, deployment, tracking reporting of key business priorities.
7.Collaborate with the graphic design team to ensure clear and impactful visual representation of information.
Requirements
Education, Experience and Technical skills
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business/Commerce (Graduate degree is an asset).
- 2-3 years of B2B Marketing experience, with demonstrated support for sales teams.
- Solid knowledge of advertising strategies and experience in executing campaigns across various media (print, web, digital, and direct marketing).
- Expertise with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools to drive data-informed decisions.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal and oral/written communication skills.
- Proven organizational, planning and project management skills.
- Bilingual: English and French

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $52,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
