Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI + Machine Learning Engineer with over 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in building and deploying advanced machine learning models and leveraging Generative AI to solve complex problems. This role will involve working closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to design, implement, and optimize AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, train, and deploy scalable ML models, including generative models (e.g., GANs, VAEs, Transformers) to address a wide range of business challenges.
• Build, fine-tune, and optimize Generative AI models (GPT, BERT, etc.) for text generation, image synthesis, and other domain-specific tasks.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and explore how cutting-edge techniques (e.g., reinforcement learning, unsupervised learning, or transfer learning) can be applied.
• Experiment with new model architectures and evaluate their performance against industry benchmarks.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data pipelines are optimized for machine learning workflows.
• Perform feature engineering, data augmentation, and preprocessing for model training and inference.
• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to integrate ML solutions into products.
• Develop APIs and services that expose AI capabilities to other teams or customers.
• Optimize algorithms and models for real-time inference, large-scale data processing, and latency reduction.
• Ensure efficient use of cloud or on-premise infrastructure for AI/ML workloads (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions across different departments.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the team on best practices.

Technical Expertise:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing machine learning models (classification, regression, clustering) and generative AI models.
• Proficiency with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Hugging Face Transformers.
• Deep understanding of NLP models (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5), vision models (e.g., DALL·E, StyleGAN), and multimodal AI solutions.

Programming Languages & Tools:

• Strong programming skills in Python, with familiarity in C++ or Java being a plus.
• Experience with ML pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, etc.)
• Strong foundation in probability, statistics, and linear algebra.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, etc.).
• Ability to solve complex problems and develop innovative AI solutions.
• Experience with A/B testing, model evaluation, and performance metrics.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
• Experience with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and generative adversarial networks (GANs).
• Knowledge of distributed computing frameworks like Apache Spark, Dask, or Ray.
• Familiarity with data privacy, ethical AI, and compliance in AI deployments.
• Experience with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) for ML models.
