Salary Range: up to 1600 USD
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:30 AM to 12:30 PM (PST)

Position Overview:
The Media Monitoring & Project Coordinator will be responsible for tracking and compiling media coverage for various clients, developing detailed reports, and managing day-to-day project needs. This role requires strong research skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Media Monitoring: Track and compile relevant news stories and media coverage based on client specifications.
- Client Reporting: Create clear, detailed reports summarizing media coverage and providing actionable insights.
- Data Organization: Gather and maintain media lists, organize data for charts and presentations, and update relevant client files.
- Project Coordination: Oversee project timelines, communicate regularly with clients, and ensure smooth execution of media monitoring projects.
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, news, and potential crises affecting client businesses.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in an administrative or media-related role, ideally within public relations.
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a strong work ethic.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working with media analytics tools.
- Knowledge of SEO metrics, including domain authority.
- Familiarity with PR databases like Muck Rack, Cision, or Meltwater (or willingness to learn).
