We’re seeking an experienced sales professional with over 5 years in lead generation, cold calling and inside sales, particularly in the SaaS industry, having a strong background in the BFSI sector.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Leverage your 5+ years of experience in cold calling to identify, engage, and convert prospects into qualified leads.
  • SaaS Solution Selling: Utilize your hands-on experience in selling SaaS-based solutions to understand client needs and present tailored solutions that resonate.
  • BFSI Expertise: Apply your knowledge of the BFSI domain to position our offerings strategically, addressing the unique challenges faced by clients in this sector.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, from initial contact through to close, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Market Research & Strategy: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to refine sales strategies and drive growth.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of proven success in cold calling and inside sales, specifically with SaaS solutions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the BFSI domain, with experience selling to banks, financial services companies, or insurance firms.
  • Sales Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, with a strong understanding of SaaS product offerings.
  • Self-Motivated: A proactive, results-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
