About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and oversee a dynamic team in the development of cutting-edge applications using Java, Spring Microservices, React, and MySQL technologies. This role demands a deep understanding of software development practices, excellent project management skills, and the ability to drive projects to successful completion within scope, time, and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Management

  – Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

  – Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

  – Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

2. Technical Oversight:

  – Provide technical guidance and leadership in the architecture, design, and implementation of Java, Spring Microservices, React, and MySQL-based solutions.

  – Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including code quality, testing, and deployment.

3. Team Leadership:

  – Lead a multidisciplinary team of developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders.

  – Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

  – Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback.

4. Stakeholder Management:

  – Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.

  – Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, including status updates, risk assessments, and project outcomes.

5. Process Improvement:

  – Identify and implement improvements in project management processes to enhance efficiency and quality.

  – Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team is leveraging current best practices.

Qualifications:

-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience:

 – Minimum of 10+ years of experience in project management within software development environments in a product-based company.

 – Proven experience in managing projects involving Java, Spring Microservices, React, and MySQL technologies.

Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant project management certifications are highly desirable.

Technical Skills:

 – Strong understanding of Java and Spring Framework.

 – Proficient in front-end technologies, particularly React.

 – Solid knowledge of relational databases, specifically MySQL.

 – Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Soft Skills:

 – Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

 – Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
