The opportunity

As Azets SEO/Digital Marketing Manager, you will be a focal point for our vision, our values and our positioning, providing professional and proactive marketing support and advice across the business whilst supporting the Head of Content & Campaigns and UK Marketing Director in achieving our marketing priorities and key digital objectives. You will be integral in supporting the delivery of marketing and business development activities, looking at the strategy in line with the ambitious goals of the business whilst also having the awareness to support the priorities within your specialism. An ideal individual for us will be experienced in using and managing others on a range of external digital communication and design tools to communicate on behalf of the business with clients, contacts and prospective clients.

Day to day duties

• Working with the UK Head of Content & Campaigns and UK Marketing Director
• Oversee the management of SEO and digital marketing activities
• Development and implementation of the UK marketing priorities aligned to the UK SGIs, growth targets and priorities outlined in the UK route to success document.
• As a senior member of the marketing team, your responsibilities will be aligned to online strategy and future endeavours, looking at ways the brand profile can be enhanced and grown focusing on SEO and digital marketing activities and helping others in the marketing team to assist in increasing our brand profile online
• Provide advice from a specialism perspective that feeds into national plans and delivery of projects
• Undertake research and keep abreast of developments in the marketplace, competitors and environment to ensure we have comprehensive market insight and analysis upon which to inform strategic decision making
• Work with senior management team to assist in the awareness of new service propositions or growth sprints by taking ideas from initial concept including planning, research and testing ultimately through to market delivery
• Drive campaign management for customer acquisition and lead nurturing programmes across multiple channels

What are we looking for?

• Demonstrate experience within a replicable position, ideally from a digital marketing agency background with experience of supporting clients in professional or financial services organisation.
• Strong SEO experience and digital marketing skills are a must for this role and a sound knowledge of HubSpot is highly desirable.
• Key areas of expertise will be producing and adapting outstanding content, using your knowledge of how to best utilise social media platforms and digital marketing tools to raise the profile of our business. Creating, tracking, collating, and reporting on SEO priorities and MI and progress will be critical to the role.
