Sr Growth Strategist (Remote)

About the Role

Responsibilities

As an eCommerce growth strategist, your core objective (north star) is to hit our clients business growth and profitability targets. At Factor, that includes growth strategy, Meta ad management, ad creative production, influencer gifting/seeding and reporting/communication.

Among other things, you will:

• Meta Ad Management – Manage and optimise Meta ads using cost controls
• Ad Creative Production – Brainstorm and produce high-converting ad creative
• Influencer Gifting/Seeding – Manage influencer gifting/seeding programs
• Growth Strategy – Create forecasts, marketing calendars and set growth/profit targets
• Reporting & Communication – Build reports and communicate with clients

Experience

• You have 4+ years (minimum) of high-level experience growing eCommerce brands
• You’re extremely experienced across all areas of eCommerce (Meta ads, ad creative, growth strategy)
• You’re professional and treat the work you do and the results it drives very seriously
• You’re obsessed with your craft, constantly learning, and leave no stone unturned
• You don’t need to be motivated, pushed or driven and you can’t help but deliver incredible results
• You care more about doing great work than anyone you’ve ever known. You’re conscientious by nature
• You want to make a lot of money by doing amazing work that’s highly valued in the marketplace

Please note, this is not an easy role as it requires a high-level of competency across a broad range of skills. It can only be completed successfully by someone with a lot of experience and an obsession with their craft.
