Mobile App Developer (Remote)

A New York based leading software company is seeking an experienced Mobile App Developer to enhance our mobile application offerings using React Native. The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native.
• Integrate and manage APIs with JSON responses to ensure seamless performance and data integration within the app.
• Employ advanced design skills to create intuitive and aesthetically pleasing mobile interfaces.
• Conduct rigorous front-end testing to validate the functionality and performance of applications across different scenarios.
• Quickly and effectively identify and fix bugs, enhancing the overall reliability and user experience of the application.
• Work independently on assigned tasks, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills to deliver solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the development team and other stakeholders to align app development with the company’s strategic goals and client needs.

Ideal Profile

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of solid experience in mobile app development, specifically with React Native.
• Proven ability to integrate and utilize API JSON responses effectively.
• Strong competency in designing compelling user interfaces and improving user experience.
• Demonstrated ability to operate efficiently under tight deadlines, delivering quality results quickly and professionally.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to perform bug fixes and troubleshoot software issues.
• Independent thinker with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple tasks without direct supervision.
• Team player with excellent communication skills, capable of working collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of Ruby and Rails, which would be beneficial for potential crossover work on web application components.
