    Your role in our team

    #Inbound Customer Support:
    You are the first point of contact for enquiries from our customers about our products and orders. Enquiries reach you by phone or e-mail and include, among other things: Advice on purchasing decisions, assistance with ordering processes or changes of address.
    #Competent advice:
    Thanks to your language skills, you can look after both our Dutch and German customers.
    #Home Office:
    You can work flexibly from home – no long commutes, but a better work-life balance. Your team is always there for you, even from a distance, and is there to support you.
    #Training:
    You will start with comprehensive training in which you will learn everything about our customer service and warehouse management. Step by step, you will then take on your first customer enquiries independently; nobody is thrown in at the deep end with us!
    #Regulated working hours:
    You will work Monday to Friday – no Sunday or public holiday work. The position can be filled on a full-time or part-time basis

    What should you bring?

    #Languages:
    You speak and write at a confident level in Dutch and German.
    #Customer-orientation:
    Friendliness and empathy are your top priorities. You enjoy communicating with people.
    #NO FEAR:
    Nobody expects to find an absolute electronics expert in you. If you are one: perfect! If not: no problem! All important product information is made available centrally and is also communicated in product training courses, among other things. If you can’t answer a specific question, your team will always be there to support you!
