About The Role.

Due to the ongoing success of our retail sector team in Melbourne, we’re looking for a highly motivated Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be part of a team delivering projects for institutional investors and/or major retailer portfolios across Melbourne.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to advance your career with a progressive consultancy. You’ll work on a diverse range of projects, from concept through to construction delivery and handover, contributing to our growth in the retail sector.

About You

• Ideally, you have 7+ years managing projects over $10 million in live operational retail environments, with a strong background in client-side consultancy or with a client organisation.
• Proven success in delivering projects for institutional investors or major retailer portfolios is highly desirable.
• Tenancy Coordination and Delivery experience is a plus, along with expertise in building services, sustainability, energy efficiency, and ESD improvements.
• A tertiary degree in construction, architecture, interior design, quantity surveying, or engineering.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A proactive, client-focused mindset with strong commercial acumen.
• A willingness to identify and develop new business opportunities in Victoria’s Retail Sector
