We are now expanding our presence in Germany and are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to spearhead our growth in this key market.

Role Overview:

As the Sales & Marketing Manager for the German market, you will be responsible for driving sales, developing marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with gymnastics clubs, distributors, and federation partners. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing brand and play a key role in expanding our international footprint.

Job Description:

  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using strong arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to customer leads
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and promotional trends.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.
  • Ensure the brand’s presence at local and national events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive growth in the German gymnastics market.
  • Identify and engage with prospective customers, including gymnastics clubs, coaches, and sporting organizations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including gymnastics federations and event organizers.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to create targeted campaigns for the German market, including digital marketing, social media, and email outreach.
  • Manage partnerships with retailers and distributors, ensuring the brand is well-represented across all channels.
  • Provide insights into market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Attend industry events and competitions to represent Quatro and build brand awareness.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven work experience in sales, ideally within the sports or apparel industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM practices.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record of sales success.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
  • Strong relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Ability to analyze the market potential and track sales and status reports.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
