What you will do

• Conducting thorough manual testing of web applications to identify bugs and issues;
• Collaborating with the development team to understand feature requirements and ensure quality standards are met;
• Creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases;
• Tracking defects and working closely with developers to ensure they are addressed;
• Participating in Agile/Scrum development processes and attending all relevant meetings;
• Ensuring the final product meets client expectations and adheres to specified requirements;
• Assisting in the preparation of reports on testing phases and defects;
• Ensure accuracy of platform calculations using Python and SQL;
• Develop and implement automated tests integrated with Azure Test Plans;
• Conduct production deployment regression tests and test planning;
• Support the existing team with additional QA activities.

Must haves

• 3+ years of experience in manual testing of web applications;
• Familiarity with SQL and Python;
• Experience working with Azure Cloud;
• Candidates should be able to meet the HIPAA requirements;
• The candidate should work in the EST timezone;
• Proficient in creating detailed test plans and test cases;
• Experience with different types of testing (functional, regression, integration, etc.);
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies;
• Experience in working with issue-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA);
• Good understanding of web technologies and software QA methodologies, tools, and processes;
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors effectively;
• Excellent collaborative and communication skills;
• Good spoken and written English.

Nice to haves

• Basic knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks;
• Experience with healthcare data.
