Mission
Our client is a fast growing Fintech company with operations across Europe and Asia. The UK Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for securing top-quality candidates for key roles, fostering an engaged and high-retention workforce, and contributing to global talent initiatives. This role is critical in supporting business growth by ensuring smooth onboarding, maintaining clear communication, and upholding HR standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for key vacancies in the UK, with a primary focus on Accounting, Sales, and Customer Success roles.
- Support the UK team by filling key supporting roles in India and the Philippines, focusing on operations, administrative support, and client service roles that will enhance UK business operations.
- Lead the onboarding and integration of new employees, ensuring that all new joiners successfully adapt to their roles and to the company culture.
- Implement and oversee the roll-out of Sleek’s Hiring and Onboarding Playbooks in the UK, ensuring consistency and quality in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Serve as the point of contact for UK employees and managers, maintaining open communication channels and resolving team challenges or issues without delay.
- Organize quarterly team engagement activities to foster a positive and collaborative culture built on trust, respect, and support.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across regions.
- Familiarity with UK employment law and HR best practices.
Location: Remote/UK with capacity to be in London and/or Leeds at leats once a week.
