• Work closely with your team to refine our support processes and elevate the overall customer experience
• Address and resolve customer issues promptly, escalating more complex problems as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficient in both written and verbal English, with a talent for clear and empathetic communication
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in a retail or e-commerce setting
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A suitable home office setup with a PC or laptop (minimum 15 Mbps internet speed)
