Pentoz Group of Hotels is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Manager to lead its sales efforts and enhance brand visibility. The role involves driving revenue growth, developing marketing strategies, and building relationships with key partners in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement sales plans to increase room bookings, event space occupancy, and food and beverage revenue.
- Identify new market opportunities, corporate partnerships, and business leads.
- Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and sales targets.
2. Marketing Strategy Execution:
- Create and execute marketing campaigns that increase the hotel’s visibility across multiple channels (online, print, social media).
- Oversee the creation of promotional content, brochures, and advertisements.
- Manage the hotel’s online presence, including website updates and social media engagement.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and tour operators.
- Oversee the handling of guest inquiries and ensure exceptional customer service.
4. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs.
- Use data analytics to optimize sales strategies and improve customer acquisition.
5. Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team, providing training and support.
- Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and conduct performance reviews.
6. Events and Partnerships:
- Coordinate and promote hotel events, conferences, and special offers.
- Work closely with the hotel’s event management team to ensure successful execution of promotional events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM software, and sales analytics platforms.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of the local market and travel industry.
- Experience in driving revenue through strategic partnerships.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
