JOB DETAILS
Reporting to: Base Manager
JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE
– To carry out TCP operations in any client fields professionally keeping in mind the clients and TAQA Safety rules and regulations. TCP Specialist 1 is responsible to control the quality of our service during all phases of the operation and to ensure that products of the highest quality are delivered to the clients in timely manner.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
HSE:
– Carry out all work activities in a safe manner.
– Follow all Company procedures and controls.
– Promptly report all accidents and near misses.
– Report all defects and events which may affect HSEQ control.
– Respond correctly in Emergency situations.
– Actively support and co-operate in HSEQ matters.
Operations and Business Process:
– To control the quality of our service during all phases of the operation and to ensure that products of the highest quality are delivered to the clients in timely manner.
– To uphold and follow all TAQA standards and to promote their respect, understanding and adherence.
Decision Making:
– Provide timely and accurate data for effective decision making.
– Makes quick decisions based on facts.
– Stick to individual authority limits, follow Standard Operating Procedures.
– Ensure QA/QC procedures implemented in our operations on daily basis.
– Ensure the preparation and dispatching of equipment is complete.
– To ensure that all tools, equipment and supplies are available at the wellsite to perform the operation.
– Accurate & timely completion of logs, reports & tickets after the completing the logging operation.
– Follow up on asset maintenance post failure and create AMRs for maintenance staff.
– Ensure certification of crew & equipment used for operation is valid at all times.

Leadership:
– The ability to lead subordinates by setting direction, aligning and inspiring employees to achieve results consistent with the company’s, vision and values.
– Recognizes employee’s good work continuously.
– Listens emphatically and ensures that feedback is given to help people, understand areas of weakness and to praise.
– Identifies employee’s weaknesses and gives recommendations for remedial actions.
Performance Management:
– The ability to set goals with employees, to review their progress and to manage outcomes for high performance.
Financial:
– Reduce the waste of resources and promote reuse among crew.
– Control field expenditures, (food, beverages, un-necessary phone calls).
– Receives and process vehicle registration for new vehicles and annual renewal of the existing vehicle before the expiry date.
Customer Service:
– Maintain good communication with clients, superiors & subordinates.
– Maintain good relationship to the client and co-workers.
Requirements:
– Education / Qualifications: Diploma or B.Sc. degree
– Years of Experience: 5-6 years
– Certifications / Licenses: NIL
