Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with a strong background in print design, digital design, and UI/UX. The ideal candidate will have a creative flair, exceptional design skills, and the ability to translate project requirements into visually stunning and cohesive designs. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our projects, ensuring design consistency and excellence across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

Creative Execution:
Develop visually appealing designs for web, mobile, and print, ensuring consistency with the company’s branding and visual identity.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand design briefs, offering creative solutions that meet business and user needs.
UI/UX Design:
Collaborate with the UI/UX team to deliver user-friendly interfaces for digital products.
Ensure design elements are optimized for usability and aligned with best UI/UX practices.
Stay up to date with industry trends to incorporate fresh and innovative ideas into your design work.

Print Design:

Design high-quality print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and marketing collateral.
Ensure designs are print-ready, with attention to layout, typography, and color accuracy.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with other designers, developers, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution.
Communicate design concepts clearly to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Incorporate feedback and revisions while maintaining project deadlines.

Technical Proficiency:
Master the use of design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other relevant software.
Understand the technical aspects of digital design, including responsive design, asset optimization, and design handoff to developers.
Ensure that designs are compatible across various platforms and devices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
4+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design tools.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design best practices.
Experience working on both web/digital and print design projects.
Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
