With a focus on innovation and efficiency, we are redefining industry standards and delivering solutions that drive the future of global logistics. We look for curious, ambitious professionals to join us in this exciting journey of rapid expansion and innovation. We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager to develop and strengthen our relationships with clients and suppliers in China.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key clients/suppliers, ensuring their needs are met and delivering exceptional service.
  • Sales Growth: Focus primarily on building a strong supplier network with leading domestic companies and increasing revenue by identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and expand market share in the Chinese market.
  • Strategic Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with both client/supplier and company objectives.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed on market trends, local regulations, and competitor activities in China to develop tailored sales strategies.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams across supply chain, logistics, and customer service to deliver smooth and timely execution of projects.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Regularly report on account performance, provide insights into client needs, and propose solutions for continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Key Account Manager, Project Manager, or similar role in the supply chain, or/and logistics industries.
  • China Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Chinese market, local business practices, and regulations.
  • Industry-Specific Experience: Experience working with Block Train operators and agents is preferred. Familiarity with China Railways is required.
  • Relationship-Building: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish and maintain long-term client and supplier relationships.
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both Mandarin and Russian, with excellent spoken and written communication skills. Strong cross-cultural communication abilities are essential, and proficiency in English is a valuable advantage.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business or a related field. Additional certifications in sales or account management are a plus.
