About you

You are an experienced SAP developer looking to take the next step in your career. You enjoy solving complex technical problems and are eager to apply your skills to real-world business challenges. You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about improving systems and workflows through SAP.

You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP development, with a focus on Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP).
• Proficiency in developing, testing, and debugging ABAP code.
• Experience working with SAP modules such as FI, MM, SD, or others.
• Familiarity with SAP data migration, custom reports, enhancements, and interfaces.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within the SAP system.
• Strong understanding of SAP development methodologies and best practices.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work within cross-functional teams.
• Intermediate English proficiency for collaboration with international teams.

You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP ABAP programs in line with business requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Perform unit testing and support integration testing for ABAP developments.
• Identify and resolve technical issues within the SAP system to maintain business continuity.
• Participate in SAP data migration efforts and support system upgrades.
• Contribute to the overall system optimization by implementing improvements and suggesting new functionalities.
• Work closely with senior developers and consultants to ensure high-quality deliverables and project success.

Qualifications

Technical skills:

• Strong understanding of SAP ABAP programming and related technologies.
• Experience with SAP data migration tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with SAP enhancement frameworks (user exits, BAdIs) and Smart Forms.
• Good problem-solving skills and an eye for optimizing performance.
• Basic knowledge of SAP workflows and integration with other systems.
• Ability to adapt and learn new SAP technologies and tools quickly.
