Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to focus exclusively on generating leads for the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program in India. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Indian market, with the ability to identify and engage high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) interested in U.S. residency through the EB-5 program. This role will concentrate on driving lead generation and expanding the company’s network of investors, agents, and immigration consultants within India.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. EB-5 Lead Generation in India:
    • Identify and generate qualified leads for the EB-5 visa program from high-net-worth individuals and families across India.
    • Use targeted prospecting strategies to tap into India’s wealth management networks, financial advisors, and immigration consultants.
    • Build relationships with key players in India’s investment ecosystem, including attorneys, brokers, and investment managers, to source potential investors.

2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management:

    • Develop personalized relationships with potential Indian EB-5 investors, providing them with detailed insights into investment opportunities, program benefits, and the U.S. residency process.

    3. Networking & Market Development:

      • Leverage local networks to establish partnerships with immigration agents, brokers, and law firms who can refer potential EB-5 clients.
      • Attend and present at relevant business forums, investment seminars, and conferences in India to build the company’s presence and generate leads.
      • Keep updated on industry developments in India and adapt strategies to align with local market trends and investor behavior.

      4. Strategic Lead Generation Planning:

        • Develop and execute a comprehensive lead generation plan specifically tailored for the Indian market.
        • Identify key cities and regions in India with a high concentration of HNWIs, such as Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai, and target outreach accordingly.
        • Collaborate with the marketing team to design India-specific campaigns that resonate with potential investors.

        5. Reporting & Analysis:

          • Track and analyze lead generation metrics, including the number of qualified leads, conversion rates, and the status of the sales pipeline.
          • Provide regular reports to management on lead generation activities, challenges, and opportunities within India.
          • Offer insights into the competitive landscape in India and adjust strategies to improve lead conversion rates.

          6. Compliance & Regulatory Understanding:

            • Ensure all lead generation activities comply with Indian regulations and align with EB-5 program guidelines.
            • Stay updated on changes to the EB-5 program and U.S. immigration laws that impact potential Indian investors.
            • Work closely with legal teams to ensure full transparency and compliance during the investment process.

            Qualifications:

            • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.

            • Experience:
            • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales, specifically in the Indian market.
            • Proven track record of generating leads from HNWIs in India, preferably in the investment, finance, or immigration services sector.
            • Familiarity with the EB-5 program and U.S. immigration policies is preferred.

            • Skills:
            • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with investors and stakeholders in India.
            • Strong networking abilities within the Indian HNWI community, financial sector, and legal immigration services.
            • Proficiency in CRM tools for tracking leads and managing client relationships.
            • Fluency in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus).

            Preferred Qualifications:

            • Experience working in the EB-5 investment space or with other immigration/investment programs targeting Indian investors.
            • Existing network of Indian immigration agents, brokers, or wealth managers who can refer EB-5 clients.
            • Knowledge of the Indian financial, real estate, or immigration landscape is an advantage.
