They are seeking an experienced marketer who can both strategize and execute, working closely with the CEO. This is not a role for someone who simply follows orders or delegates tasks-our client wants a candidate who can bring fresh, bold ideas and confidently suggest better ways of working when needed.
You’ll be starting from scratch and getting hands-on with every aspect of the marketing function. Key Responsibilities:
Build and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy across various channels, including events, website, social media, email, press, PPC, and SEO.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with revenue goals.
Lead the development and growth of the marketing team, leveraging the available budget to scale.
Execute global marketing campaigns, tailoring strategies for diverse international markets.
Drive consistent and impactful marketing efforts across both digital and offline channels.
Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role.
Proven experience working across international markets.
A background in FinTech marketing, ideally within small to medium-sized companies or scale-ups.
A strong track record of executing marketing strategies that drive tangible results.
Highly motivated, hands-on, and eager to get things done.
Demonstrated ability to grow and lead a marketing team, collaborating effectively with sales and other departments.
Experience managing international marketing campaigns and adapting strategies to various market dynamics.
