About the role

• Provide input into overall hiring strategy of the organization, to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals
• Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent attraction strategy in mind.
• Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives.
• Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience.
• Work closely with HRBPs and hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations.
• Coordinate with HRBPs and hiring managers to: Orange Restricted o Identify and forecast staffing needs in different areas and departments. o Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff. o Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position. o Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques. o Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates. o Guide and support HR Business Partners in conducting mass hiring recruitment days. – Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
• Enhance current software tools and develop new digital portals for hiring.
• Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches
• Build CV database for external and internal sourcing.
• Simplify and increase the efficiency of the hiring process by introducing new digitalization methods.
• Support with planning for interviews and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews – if possible.
• Assess candidates’ information, including C.Vs., portfolios and references.
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline – Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
• Lead hiring initiatives, update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes).
• Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire). – Report on Recruitment KPIs on regular basis and identify needed actions to improve them.
• Review I-recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs.
• Recommend ways to improve our employer brand. – Research and choose job advertising options Orange Restricted
• Stay up to date on labour legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations
• Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners.
• Develop strong internship programs with top universities in Egypt and globally – Integrate the employee referral program as a key component of the sourcing and talent acquisition process. This requires raising awareness levels and educating employees on its importance to the long-term growth and profitability of the company.

Requirements:

About you

• Good English level
• Very good computer skills especially Excel and Powerpoint.
• Articulate communication and interpersonal skills. – Strong planning, organization, and follow-up ability.
• Strong assessment and analytical skills.
• Able to manage and lead diverse task forces.
• Detail oriented with solid reporting skills.
• Innovative with strong result orientation ability
