About The Role

We’re looking for a forward-thinking Product Designer at BoomPop who can help lead the design of our core platform and AI tools.

You’ll be a key player in our efforts to create world-class travel and event technology solutions that will help us reach our goals of driving customer acquisition, engagement, and loyalty.

You’ll need to be able to think creatively and strategically about product strategy and be able to work collaboratively with engineering, product, operations, and event planning teams.

What You’ll Do

• You’ll lead the design of multiple streams of work from core product flows, to brand assets, to next-generation AI tools
• You’ll help define product strategy and set the vision for BoomPop’s user experience
• You’ll partner with key stakeholders to define problem goals, map user flows, prototype interactions, and launch new products and services
• You’ll work closely with our world-class team of engineers, product managers, and operators to help our product come to life and scale
• You will have the ability to influence the company’s product philosophy and vision
• You’ll help guide product definition for a bleeding-edge consumer-facing product unlike any other in the industry. Your work will get in the hands of our customers immediately
• You’ll run user research, usability studies, and data-driven experiments to inform the product direction
• You’ll create something meaningful. We’re building a product that has the potential to bring happiness and positive benefits to millions of people. We have immense conviction in the future of our product and its ability to meaningfully benefit society

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience working as a product designer
• 4+ years of startup experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent visual, interaction, and service design skills
• Systems thinker with the ability to think beyond the pixels and design for both online and offline experiences
• Demonstrated ability to help a team navigate ambiguity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Figma
• Strong market awareness and knowledge of cutting-edge approaches, trends, technologies, and ‘the culture’ of the best-in-class user-facing product companies

Occasional Travel: Connecting is in our DNA, please note that we anticipate roughly 3-4 nights of travel per quarter for this role.

Total Compensation Package; Including Benefits and Stock:

• Base: $160,000 – $190,000 a year; Depending on Experience and Qualifications
• Medical, vision, dental, life: $10,000 – $16,000 a year; Depending on Individual or Family Plan
• Equity: Our vision is to take BoomPop to the moon; Total Estimated Value for this Role is $100,000+
