About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations Specialist to join our remote e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory management, quality control, and supporting various operational tasks within our company.

Key Responsibilities

• Source new products and suppliers to expand our e-commerce offerings.

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for our e-commerce store.

• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure stock accuracy.

• Perform quality control remote checks on incoming and outgoing products, with a focus on peptides.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including those in different time zones, to optimize inventory management processes.

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of inventory management systems.

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to inventory and operations.

• Provide support to customer service in resolving inventory-related issues.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce operations.

• Evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, pricing, lead times, and reliability.

• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.

• Coordinate with suppliers on the manufacturing of new products, including providing specifications, timelines and quality requirements.

• Manage the end-to-end process of bringing new products to market, from initial concept to launch on the e-commerce store.

• Continuously assess product performance and make recommendations for improvements or discontinuations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and manufacturing partners.

• Ensure all products and suppliers comply with relevant regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inventory management and quality control, preferably within the e-commerce industry.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or e-commerce operations.

• Familiarity with inventory management software and tools.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with remote teams across different time zones.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.

• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.

• Flexibility to work part-time hours as needed.

Nice to have

• Strong knowledge of peptides and their handling procedures is highly desirable.

Location

Power Peptides operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.
