Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Design Specialist to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of prior work experience in UI/UX design, with a strong proficiency in Figma and other design tools. You will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and interface of our digital products, ensuring they are both visually stunning and highly functional. The candidate should have expertise not only in web design but also in designing mobile apps and product ideation.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead the design process from concept to final hand-off, creating intuitive and engaging user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to define and implement innovative solutions.

● Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and iterate on designs.

● Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and other design tools.

● Develop and maintain design systems and ensure consistency in visual elements and user experience across all digital platforms.

● Contribute to product ideation sessions, bringing creative and innovative ideas to the table.

● Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.

● Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.

● 6-8 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in both web and mobile app design.

● Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools.

● Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

● Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.

● Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.

● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

● Experience in product ideation and developing innovative solutions for digital products.
