Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Partner to help build strong candidate pipelines and manage the end-to-end recruiting process. This is a unique opportunity to be the first recruiting hire and play a key role in building out our talent acquisition function. The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting talent with the right opportunities and will be comfortable wearing multiple hats, including assisting with HR administrative functions when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source, identify, and engage with top talent in the tech industry.
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, provide guidance on recruitment strategies, and support hiring decisions.
  • Screen and assess candidates for cultural fit, technical skills, and experience.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring teams.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS (Rippling experience preferred).
  • Assist with onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Support HR administrative functions such as employee documentation and scheduling, as needed.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years experience in tech recruiting or talent acquisition, with a focus on building and maintaining pipelines.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple recruiting processes simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Rippling experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with international recruiting is a plus.
  • Experience with HR administrative tasks and onboarding is desirable.

Location

This role requires in-office presence three days per week at our Durham, NC office or can be fully remote for candidates located in Canada.
