Task Force Manager Wfh (Remote)

Job Overview

We are on the lookout for a motivated and proactive Regional Task Force Manager to become an integral part of our Field Operations team. This role is pivotal in delivering outstanding member experiences and driving operational excellence across our Western markets. The position involves significant travel, approximately 80% of the time, engaging in temporary market leadership for durations ranging from one to three weeks.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational leader in designated markets, ensuring exceptional member interactions and sustaining key account partnerships.
• Oversee and address member support inquiries across various communication platforms.
• Collaborate with property management teams to manage maintenance requests and member issues while facilitating new leasing agreements.
• Act as an auxiliary trainer during intervals not allocated to market assignments.
• Provide insightful feedback to Field Operations leadership regarding market operations.
• Assess property and home conditions to confirm they align with our high standards for move-in.
• Supervise and report on market performance metrics, including cleaning scores, to the Hub Manager.
• Coordinate with Area General Managers and Hub Managers to ensure seamless operational transitions.
• Juggle multiple tasks daily and develop processes for future efficiency.
• Analyze market performance against key performance indicators, such as Net Promoter Score and Customer Satisfaction Survey.

Required Skills

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality.

Qualifications

• Residing in Texas (preferably Austin) with the option to work remotely.
