Job Description

We are looking for a RPA UiPath Developer to implement RPA solutions using UiPath]. This position will be full-time and remote.

What You’ll Do

Develop and configure new automations & maintain existing bots using UiPath with core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand

Coordinate and support software production schedules and processing for assigned projects

Assist with test case development and unit testing for a variety of automations

Support existing production automations and implementation of automation revisions

Assist in the analysis and documentation of requirements, testing, RPA Runbook and other design artifacts

Assist with the maintenance of documentation in the context of a change management process

Work as part of a team, using approved software development methodology and processes, to assist in the resolution of technical issues

Participate in test planning and documentation of test plans and requirements

Seeks direction on the escalation of complex technical problems to appropriate channels

Collaborate with team members to identify ways to improve existing processes and technical output

Promote policies that foster quality standards and industry best practice

What You’ll Need

Required:Practical Development Experience:
5-8 years of hands-on experience developing and implementing RPA solutions using UiPath

Demonstrated experience in analyzing, designing, and developing automated processes

Experience with end-to-end RPA lifecycle: from requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, to maintenance.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in UiPath Studio and the ability to use its features effectively

Familiarity with UiPath Orchestrator for managing robots and processes

Basic programming skills in languages like VB.NET, C#, or Python

Understanding of workflow design, exception handling, and logging mechanisms.

Certifications:
UiPath Certified RPA Associate (UiRPA)

This certification demonstrates foundational knowledge and skills in RPA using UiPath.

It covers basic understanding, development, and maintenance of RPA processes.

UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD)

This is a more advanced certification that showcases the ability to design and develop complex RPA solutions.

It includes in-depth knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and best practices

Physical Demands

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions

Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
