- Respond to customer inquiries
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support teams
- Stay up-to-date with new features and content
- Follow strict guidelines for data protection and customer privacy.
- High proficiency in Japanese (C2),
- Proficiency in Spanish (C1),
- Proficiency in English (C1),
- Strong empathy towards customers,
- A desire for continuous improvement,
- Analytical skills to understand customer needs,
- Training Period: 15 days, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m, The training is subsidized with 10 euros/day and will be charged once the trial period has been completed.
- Employment Type: Temporary 3-month contract with the possibility of continuity (first month on trial period)
- Salary: 1422 euros/gross/month for 38 hours + night shift bonus of 1.85€/hour.
- Work Schedule: Night shift between 1:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Monday through Friday.

We are recruiting on behalf of our client – a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Spain included.
About the project: You will be providing support for customers of Spain’s national airline which offers flights to destinations in Europe, the Americas, Africa, and Asia. It is part of the International Airlines Group (IAG) and operates from its main hub in Madrid. The company provides both domestic and international passenger and cargo services.
