We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Environmental Project Manager specializing in pipeline projects who possesses expertise in FERC Section 7© and Third-party EIS documentation. This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates located within the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects from routing and siting through to construction compliance.
• Lead resource teams on environmental assessments and permit applications, specifically FERC Section 7© and Third-party EIS.
• Collaborate with federal, state, and local agencies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Work alongside multidisciplinary teams, including engineers and GIS analysts, to achieve project objectives.
• Effectively communicate with the public and stakeholders during hearings and community meetings.
• Manage project scope, budgetary constraints, and scheduling while providing accurate forecasts.
• Participate in business development activities and represent the company at industry conferences.
• Conduct field reviews and compliance inspections to ensure adherence to regulations.

Required Skills

• Comprehensive knowledge of FERC regulations and federal environmental laws.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Planning, Geography, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental licensing and permitting for pipeline projects.
