What you’ll need to succeed?
(Internal) Client and Agency Management
- Communicate with both creative partners and internal Clients to gain a better understanding of Clients’ needs and provide efficient creative solutions.
- Manage contract and agency talent to ensure quality and consistent deliverables that meet and exceed expectations.
Strategy
- Work with marketing team to scope and develop marketing plans and production schedules that deliver results.
- Resource and schedule production of assets with internal, contract and agency talent.
Producing and Project Management
- Garner executed briefs for creative team from internal stakeholders.
- Manage pitch communication to ensure on spec ideas and concepts are presented.
- Establish and follow processes and cross-functional collaboration working to establish scope, timing and budget resources that meet goals.
- Overall project management. Responsibilities include production planning, forecasting, determining resources, timelines and ensuring creative team executes to spec.
- Have good communication skills and teamwork skills when working with collaborators.
- Proficiency in mainstream project management software. (Workfront, MS365, Adobe)
Operational Leadership
- Be passionate about emerging tech knowledge, share helpful information with colleagues, and provide inspiring creative ideas for work.
- Experience with agency management and onboarding.
- English proficiency
- Ability to work with global teams in different regions and time zones.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead through ambiguity.
- Positive, clear and kind attitude.
