Senior Training Enablement Manager Virtual Wfh (Remote)

Overview

Join our esteemed organization as a Senior Manager of Training & Enablement, where your leadership will empower a talented team of subject matter experts. This pivotal role involves developing comprehensive and engaging training content for our customers, partners, and internal teams, while also spearheading the creation of a customer-centric Learning Management System (LMS) with bespoke learning pathways.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a team of 6-8 subject matter experts dedicated to creating training and enablement materials.
• Design and maintain a robust customer-facing LMS featuring tailored learning experiences for diverse user personas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training content aligns seamlessly with product enhancements, industry developments, and customer requirements.
• Manage a variety of training resources including live webinars, office hours, and self-guided courses for customers, partners, and employees.
• Facilitate product adoption through personalized coaching and support during customer onboarding.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of training programs and refine content based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure training initiatives are in harmony with overarching company goals.

• Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing and mentoring teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, adept at conveying complex concepts in an understandable manner.
• Demonstrated proficiency in developing and managing Learning Management Systems (LMS), with a focus on personalized learning paths.

• In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and effective content delivery methods.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in training, enablement, or educational roles, particularly within a technology or SaaS context.
• Proven track record of simplifying complex topics for varied audiences and creating impactful learning experiences.
• Experience in cross-department collaboration to drive successful training projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation And Benefits

• Competitive salary range of (75,000 – )90,000, inclusive of a 10% incentive component.
• Fully remote position, with minimal travel (approximately 5%) required for company and client engagements.
