What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead complex clinical research projects, conceptualizing execution strategies for each component
• Prepare project management plans and governance documents while managing project scope and resources
• Mentor team members and provide training and orientation to ensure high-quality project outcomes
• Collaborate with customers to develop win/win solutions and drive business development initiatives
• Implement operational strategies and risk management plans to enhance project efficiency

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex clinical research projects
• Strong understanding of clinical research concepts, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
• Experience in conducting on-site monitoring visits and managing CRA team activities
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to effectively communicate project successes
• Ability to demonstrate attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality scientific standards

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Therapeutic expertise in Neurology/CNS/Psych, Analgesia, Dermatology, and/or Respiratory
• Proven experience in mentoring and developing junior staff within a clinical research environment
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to craft innovative solutions
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and manage risks effectively
• Demonstrated commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture
