What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop, maintain, and publish various project work products, including work plans and status reports
• Deliver tactical support to workstream teams to ensure program planning activities are completed on time and meet quality standards
• Lead cross-functional workgroups to ensure the program supports necessary scale and membership growth
• Provide input for executive communications and prepare materials for leadership review
• Become knowledgeable about clinical and member services initiatives to support cross-functional projects

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred, but not required
• 3-5 years of project management experience in Managed Healthcare or healthcare startup settings
• Strong data analysis skills and understanding of basic research methods
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• PMP certification preferred
• Medicare/Medicaid experience preferred
• Consulting background preferred
• Familiarity with contact center operations and/or utilization management preferred
• Certifications deemed reasonable for functioning at this level
