- Develop and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using various tools and technologies
- Customize Salesforce applications to meet organizational requirements, including creating custom objects and workflows
- Integrate Salesforce with other applications to ensure seamless data flow and automation
- Manage data within Salesforce, including data imports, exports, cleansing, and maintaining data quality
- Conduct code reviews and implement quality assurance measures to ensure adherence to best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in object-oriented programming (such as Java, C#, or similar languages)
- Hands-on experience developing solutions on the Salesforce platform and managing data within Salesforce
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II qualifications
- Proficiency in web development technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular or React
- Experience working on Salesforce projects and building custom functionalities
- Familiarity with middleware platforms for integration purposes
