Castle and Cubby & our sister business Gaga Games are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant / Customer Service agent to join us at an exciting time of growth. Someone who can provide a high level of support to our customers and sales team to ensure a high level of satisfaction with our communication, service and delivery standards.
Your professional, positive and engaging nature will help guide and assist our clients to understand our special product and realise their dreams through this journey – your unique storytelling ability and ability to connect with people will serve you well in this role. You thrive on structure, love to be organised, and get excited about customer relations and product solutions. You are a natural leader and go-to person, who loves to get stuck right in, and get things done.
This role is based in our Bayswater Head Office with possibility of some work from home.
The details
- Minimum 30 and Maximum 38 hours per week
- 5 days per week
Main duties & tasks include:
- Managing and responding to customer enquiries via email, phone and online chat
- Providing technical and sales assistance to customers navigating the website and product offering.
- Creating quotations and processing payments.
- Calling customers to follow up quotations to effect sales outcomes
- Processing online sales orders and capturing detailed delivery information.
- Conducting follow up post delivery check in calls
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records in our CRM
- Conduct after sale/delivery health check-ins with our customers
Skills & experience:
We’re looking for a passionate, motivated, detail-orientated, organised & positive human, who loves connecting with people and being part of a small business going through an exciting growth phase.
- Experience in providing a high level of end-to-end customer service and sales support.
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail
- Effective and efficient – always looking for areas to improve
- Must enjoy a fast-paced environment and be able to multi-task
- Willingness to adapt to change
