Purpose:
Attract and retain clients by positioning Clinica Lase as the premier skin clinic through innovative marketing campaigns, consistent social media engagement, and well-executed promotional strategies that reflect our commitment to outstanding service and skin health solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and client retention.
• Create, produce, and publish engaging content that aligns with Clinica Lase brand identity and values.
• Conduct bimonthly market analysis to identify trends and consumer behaviour, applying insights to enhance future campaigns and meet KPIs.
• Perform monthly competitor analysis and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with our evolving brand message and market conditions.
• Manage all aspects of media planning, promotions, website updates, and the development of marketing materials.
• Oversee the coordination of events.
• Effectively manage relationships with external agencies to optimise campaign performance.
• Seek and manage brand collaborations, ensuring strategic alignment with our goals and target audience.
• Continuously refine customer communication efforts to improve the client experience.
• Stay current with marketing trends by continuing education and professional development.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within the aesthetic, beauty, skincare, or health industries.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as social media platforms, email marketing software, SEO, and Google Analytics.
• Experience managing cross-platform marketing strategies encompassing content creation, campaign management, and market analysis.
