Project Description:

Project is in the progress to redevelop their Asset Management software product, which enable users, who work for Banks & AIFMs, to generate the report, and then submit them to the regulatory authorities.

Responsibilities:

• Work on broad, highly visible, strategic software development projects in an extremely complex and evolving technical and business environment.

• Core to the role will be process mapping of business activities, working with the business to identify areas of improvement.

• Complete analysis of data and processes to support compelling business cases.

• Identification of business requirements captured and included in high-level business and IT design as well as project planning.

• Contribute to the understanding of business priorities.

• Where required, work with stakeholders from business and technology to research and define solutions to business problems.

• Creation, review, and maintenance of process documentation

• Conduct gap analysis on proposed business/system changes

• Manage requirements throughout the project life cycle.

• Work with Architects, Product Leaders, and other key stakeholders to ensure that technical solutions align with architectural and business roadmaps.

• Find out input data (e.g. CSV format).

• Describe data mapping rules.

• Come up data validation rules.

• Design test cases, test data, execute testing to compare the output to the input & derived data.

• Elicit and analyze requirements, propose solutions for other selected features (e.g. Mandate management, Archive, Audit Log, Documentation).

• Besides AIFMD Annex IV, Asset Management Software Product of LPA also support many other frameworks such as SFDR, PRIIPS, Solvency II, TPT, SCR, CRR II, VAG, Solva, GroMiKV which could be put into the redevelopment roadmap for 2025.

• Take the responsibilities of product owner role

• Coordinate implementation efforts with given timelines

• Provide training and mentoring to members. This includes effective onboarding for new employees, training members on new methodologies, guidelines, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and working experience.

• 2+ years of working experience as Product Owner.

• 4+ years of working experience as Business Analyst.

• Must have the domain knowledge of Financial Asset Management, especially the frameworks which the existing Asset Management Software Product support e.g. AIFMD, SFDR, PRIIPS, Solvency II, TPT, SCR, CRR II, VAG, Solva, GroMiKV.

• Ability take the product owner role of the assigned module/subsystem, be able to come up and manage the product backlog as well as breakdown assigned features (functional / non-functional / regression testing) into relevant tasks, ability to determine how and where to collect necessary information regarding assigned requirements.

• Ability to define appropriate requirements definition format (excel / word / user story/ diagrams / UI mockups / etc)

• Ability to prepare requirement specification proposals for review with PM and Dev team, collect feedback and follow-up of all identified issues / tasks

• Ability to manage tasks in AHA board https://www.aha.io/ (descriptions,assignments, status updates, prepare for sync to Azure DevOps)

• Ability to provide regular progress status including open issues, next steps (written /online)

• Self-motivated, well-organized, and with strict attention to detail.

• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal cross-functional teams.

• Ability to understand and manage customer expectations and software implementation

methodology.
