It Staff Engineer Hrc (Remote)

• Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks by collaborate with cross-function teams in different locations, like developer, data architect, infrastructure & system experts.
• Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure the technical solution proposals best fit for aligned business desires.
• Propose technical architecture for application integration and interface design for the Web Application Ecosystem and Digital Experience Platform in Scalability and Agility.
• Define measures and KPIs to assess the as-is situation and provide support to identify and enable continuous improvements.
• Provide consultancy to enable best practice sharing and to foster consistent integration patterns and interface designs.
• Provide support to ensure that integration solutions and interfaces meet all security, data protection, regulation and legal requirements.
• Be owner of the documentation repository and governance of any changes and the integration of new use cases into the existing documentation.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines
• Minimum 6-year experience in IT-related fields and 3+ years related to integration architecture and interface design in the Web application ecosystem.
• Preferable experience with defining, implementing, and operating the interfaces for an enterprise level Content Management System, e.g., Adobe Experience Cloud or Open Source.
• Familiar with messaging architectures, rule-based systems, and network architectures, container technology, microservices and services meshes.
• Proven experience in defining, implementing, and operating interfaces based on various integration patterns, technology stacks and protocols.
• Hands-on experience with distributed message systems, database connectivity, REST/Graph QL API and Web application protocols, like OAuth, DNS and SAML
• Professional in at least one programming language with full-stack development, and its related integration frameworks and tools.
• Experience in cloud solution integration, MS Dynamic CRM, Event Management, Marketing Automation, WeChat mini-program and WeChat SCRM would be a plus.
• Self-motivated, willing to learn, passionate in new technologies, excellent technical analytical and interpersonal communication skills.
• Fluent speak in both English & Mandarin and professional written in English and Chinese languages.
