Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing communication strategies to communicate key objectives to existing and prospective clients and consumers. 

Specific focus areas are:

Content, Campaign & Communications Development & Execution

• Develop and execute product marketing campaigns to increase product awareness and generate leads
• Plan the launches of new products and updates of existing products and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
• Content strategy including sourcing and writing content for eDM’s, socials, blogs, landing pages, presentations and scripts, videos and award submissions
• Management, review and improvement of channel performance
• Assisting in arrangement of key events (physical and online)

Stakeholder Engagement

• Engage with key business stakeholders including product managers to develop product positioning and deliver marketing plans that resonate with target prospects
• Collaborate with the wider marketing team to deliver on Design, Content, Events, Social Media and Digital needs
• Engaging with internal leaders, sales, clients and strategic partners to execute successful campaigns
• Attending executive meetings and providing clear updates on marketing plans, proposals and requirements

Understanding the market

• Gain an understanding of the target audience to be able to drive changes to sales and marketing processes
• Understand the competitive landscape and be an expert on competition and positioning

To be considered for this role you will have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in communications and marketing along with relevant tertiary qualifications. You will have advanced written communication skills and be familiar with marketing automation tools and Google Analytics and a working understanding of marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.  You will be a creative thinker with experience in identifying target audiences and executing campaigns that engage, inform and motivate and be a confident speaker who is comfortable in front of groups and decision markers.  Importantly, you will be a true team player with excellent people skills to interact with teams, colleagues and external suppliers.

A guide on salary is $90,000 + Super and the company offers 2 days per week working from home for all staff.
