Team

You will be reporting directly to the Manager of the team. Currently in the company there are ~580 employees.

Requirements

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester with hands-on experience in automating Delphi applications using TestComplete. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, functionality, and compliance of various systems, focusing on end-to-end testing and automation of features within Delphi applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing for application features, ensuring accurate functionality and data handling.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to understand system requirements and design test cases accordingly.
• Test application processes, including data validation, user interactions, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Validate reports, schedules, and transactions to ensure data integrity.
• Conduct functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features, bug fixes, and enhancements.
• Automate testing processes using TestComplete for Delphi applications, writing and executing detailed test cases and test plans.
• Identify, document, and track defects using a bug tracking tool (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
• Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Report test results, progress, and risks to the QA Lead and project stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in manual testing, with a strong focus on automation using TestComplete.
• Proficient in testing Delphi applications and understanding their architecture and functionality.
• Experience writing and executing detailed test cases and test plans.
• Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
